Thiefs and shitty service!!! Stay away!
I went in for service for a valve cover change. I spent 300 to tow thw car there and 700 for the replacement. Service took 9 DAYS! After getting my car back after 9 DAYS!!! they lied to me and told me it took so long because only a master tech could work on my car which a complete lie. Especially since talking with my buddies that are also master techs at other Hyunfai dealerships. Now a day after I got my car back my car experienced codes bieng thrown and my sunroof switch was broke. While in thier possession and the turbo keeps cutting out. I have written numerous emails In regards to these 2 issues and they have alllllll been ignored. I have also contacted the service manager Nate Larmore Including the GM Ken Robinson and still getting blown off. Am currently speaking to a lawyer about the issues and will be in contact with them soon. This has been going on since April 6th. This has been the wooooorst experience with a company and dealership I have ever had. SO NOT CONTACT OR BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!
