Worst customer service ever!!!
I had a 2015 Hyundai Sonata repaired here for a P0010 code then got charged 3400 for the code to be removed. 2 weeks later on 4/7/23 a loud crackling began so I pulled over immediately and got it towed back up there. A piece they replaced had came apart and caused my engine to blow. Its now 4/19/23 I haven't had a call from them on an update. I asked for a loaner car so I can get back and forth to work and was told I'm 2nd on a waiting list and that I'd have to pay 35 a day for it when it's available, still haven't got that either. They won't answer the phone most of the time then when they finally do I'm transferred to a voice-mail. This is by far the worst place I've ever had a repair done, I also currently finance this same car through them and now regret doing so, they get a two thumbs down from me....P.S I still don't know anything about what's going on with my car or if they're going to pay me back for the shitty repair or anything !!!!!
