Go to another dealership
The dealership took our deposit for a new vehicle and forgot about it. We waited about 5 months for our vehicle while other customers were getting theirs (exact same trim, color, features) even though they ordered 6 weeks after us. They never responded when voicemail was left and took 5 days to get back by email. Horrible experience, I will never go back there

My salesman, Heber Luna, was kind and very helpful to find the new vehicle. I had to reserve the vehicle and wait since there was none in their stock at that time. Luna, however, kept informing the status of my reserve. We could be relieved while we are waiting. I strongly recommend Luna and Dennis Hyundai of Dublin to everyone.

Excellent Car Buying Experience
I would highly recommend Dennis Hyundai. Luna, our salesperson, was easy to work with and made the car shopping experience enjoyable. Finance presented us options for different extended warranties but weren’t pushy to get us to buy one (we did anyways). Overall experience was great!

The Least Stressful Buying Experience Ever.
From the time I put a deposit on my new Tucson Hybrid at the end of December, until I picked it up at the dealer on February 1, dealing with Dennis Hyundai and sales professional Orlando was probably one of if not the, least stressful experiences I've had buying a new vehicle.

Orlando kept me informed on the status of my car, and once it was in he made sure that the buying process was handled with a minimum amount of hassle.

And one great item to note: Dennis Hyundai is NOT adding a "market adjustment" to the proice of their new cars like a certain other Hyundai dealership here in Columbus. That's one of the reasons they got my business for this car, and will most likely get my business again.

Great Experience! Very accommodating
My family and I had a great experience purchasing our new Santa Cruz with the help of Orlando! He was very receptive of our needs and what we were looking for in a new vehicle. We drive from Dayton to look at this car because they are so in demand right now that it was hard to see one just to consider it. He had 2 cars ready for us to look at by the time we got there. We were t quite ready to buy going in but after getting that opportunity to lol the car over and talk with Orlando we bought our car right on the spot!
