The work was fine. Their communication is terrible. Alex (owner?) was rude inflexible and very unprofessional. They were beyond rude. He raised his voice. It’s one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They worked on our car although we asked them to wait and demanded payment and pick up although we didn’t approve the work. We live right by this place and won’t be coming back. Paying was never the problem he just didn’t want to hear how THEY mis-communicated. He threatened to tow the car if we didn’t pay and have same-day pick up.
