Damaged hood and undercarriage
Defalcos performed my tow two days ago, everything was great until I saw the tow driver using the hood of my car to lean on and get around. I filmed the entire thing and the next morning when I went to get my car from my Job there was scratches all over the hood from where he was pushing and dragging his hands on it. I have a black car that was just paint corrected and there are now deep scratches and swirls all over the hood of my car from this. I have before and after photos as well as a video of this happening. I went to their location to show their manager and he was extremely rude and dismissive. He accused me of damaging my own car or the people that repaired it not knowing I repaired it on the side of the road. Seems like they were upset they couldn't try to scam me on repairs like they do other customers. I filed a claim with my insurance and will be pursuing this to the fullest. Lastly, on the drop off the driver threw caution to the wind and bottomed out my front bumper on their flatbed which I will also be filing a claim for given their attitude when I presented them with the damage. After reading the reviews I am not the first and wont be the last, hopefully Triple A drops them as a vendor until they can do their jobs professionally.
