Great place!
I've dealt with Adam before for towing and had a great experience. So decided to try their auto repair shop for tires and brakes. Dealt with the service manager Joe who was very helpful with options and honest. Work was done in a day and price was very reasonable. Found my new mechanic!

Damaged hood and undercarriage
Defalcos performed my tow two days ago, everything was great until I saw the tow driver using the hood of my car to lean on and get around. I filmed the entire thing and the next morning when I went to get my car from my Job there was scratches all over the hood from where he was pushing and dragging his hands on it. I have a black car that was just paint corrected and there are now deep scratches and swirls all over the hood of my car from this. I have before and after photos as well as a video of this happening. I went to their location to show their manager and he was extremely rude and dismissive. He accused me of damaging my own car or the people that repaired it not knowing I repaired it on the side of the road. Seems like they were upset they couldn't try to scam me on repairs like they do other customers. I filed a claim with my insurance and will be pursuing this to the fullest. Lastly, on the drop off the driver threw caution to the wind and bottomed out my front bumper on their flatbed which I will also be filing a claim for given their attitude when I presented them with the damage. After reading the reviews I am not the first and wont be the last, hopefully Triple A drops them as a vendor until they can do their jobs professionally.

Joe, the manager was very friendly and professional. He understood my concerns with my car and took care of it in a very timely fashion very pleased with the work I had done there.

Extremely honest
This is a tremendous facility! Many times I have asked them to check things out expecting new brakes, for example. However, they very often say that this repair is not needed. After using many other car repair facilities, I’m extremely pleased with De Falcos. And I certainly can’t say that about most car repair facilities

They Treat Me Like Family
DeFalco’s is a great automobile operation with superb technicians. But they are much more than that to me. The staff all know me, and treat me like family. Whether I need an oil change or a major repair, everyone at DeFalcos is welcoming and provide me with top notch service. It’s kind of like having that brilliant doctor who also has a great bedside manner.
DeFalco’s reminds me of long ago when establishments genuinely cared about great service and treating customers like royalty. They also have a great sense of humor! DeFalco’s is the best.

Excellent service - highly recommend
My first experience with DeFalco's was incredible! I had an incident on Rt 24, unavoidable debris in roadway that came off a truck and a metal pipe immediately burst my front tire. I was able to safely make it to shoulder and called AAA for a tow as I was not about to change driver's side tire during rush hour on Rt 24! DeFalco's Towing showed up as a trusted partner of AAA and I asked to be towed to their facility as it was close & open. The tow driver was incredible - super nice & very respectful of my car & property and also very pleasant to chat with as I hitched a ride in tow truck. Upon arriving with my car on a flatbed, although the office was busy I found the staff to be professional & very helpful. It was later in the day and they had to order in tire, gave me some advice on dealing with insurance, and promised to call next day with an update. They called late morning and had fixed the tire & done an alignment and did not notice any other damage to vehicle. I was so impressed with their professionalism & efficiency and friendly attitude. I highly recommend DeFalco's for any vehicle servicing needs - and their towing if you find yourself stranded on the side of the road. Excellent service experience all the way around.

Quit Using This Company
I don’t know how they have 5* reviews. They are a sham of a company. Look at all the negative reviews on Yelp. We bought a defective vehicle through them and ended up leaving it at a shop a few blocks away. It cost us thousands of $ and we had no vehicle in the end. Horrible to work with.
