Refused to honor warranty for failed timing belt with valve damage. Originally quoted $600 for repair of timing belt which progressively increased to over $2300. Once the engine was sealed up and they collected the money they then informed me there was a $30 part which may need to be replaced soon (but was still within "tolerance"). Who does $2300 worth of work and decides to not replace the part that caused the failure to begin with?! Deano and staff were completely non-responsive to any inquiries re: them fixing the part. Within a couple months the timing belt slipped again. Deano flat out refused to accept any responsibility and rudely stated he would not honor his 12 month warranty. DISORGANIZED, DISRESPECTFUL, DISHONEST. If you are looking for a shop with integrity... this is not the place.
