I thought we had agreed on a price. When I signed the papers, I asked and was told that the total price stated was including the finance charges. When I received my first bill, it was the sale price. Not only did I feel taken advantage of for an additional 3 thousand dollars, I was told it was too late to do anything about it. They later offered a maintenance plan that was to include all recommended services for 5 yrs./ 48,000 miles. I still felt offended but almost whole. Fast forward now to bringing my car in for service...I have gotten 2 oil changes for free. This is apparently in Hyundai's system. But, now I am in for the 15,000 mile service and no one can find any record of this. I called Davis to find out it is now Trenton Hyundai. David, the sales manager, told me they will not honor anything from Davis. Didn't even ask my name of attempt to look up anything. His attitude seemed bored with this as there would be no sale. As I pressed on as to if anyone can try to look into this, David gave me Honda of Burlington's phone number saying they would have Davis Hyundai's records. I called Honda....They had no idea what I was talking about...
