Head gasket on my 1991 cavalier wagon.
Great job. Other shops would not even take the job. Price was also great.

Spill oil much
Went to pick up car , huge oil spot under car at place of pickup. Drove it out and not even 15 minutes , smoke coming up. Stopped in parking lot to check , there’s “spilled” oil all over exhaust and a small puddle in crevice of engine block. Wiped oil from valve cover and lower areas without touching the hot manifold. Looked under car and there’s a drip from lower exhaust. Continued to let it run for a few minutes to see if oil is leaking anywhere or was it just a huge oil spill. Going to continue watching for oil spots on the ground this weekend and pour some water to wash away oil.

The quality of work was fantastic. The price was unbelievably reasonable. A tad longer than I had hoped but understandable with all I asked them to do. They did a lot of work and charged a very fair price. Best of all, the work was well done - all the little things I needed done were addressed. Very happy with their service.

Extremely expensive Job not complete after 2 1/2 months of waiting
I just picked up a motor and motor head from rectifying a damaged sleeve cylinder and put bigger pistons, also the motor head need it to be rectified.

I did hot get an ETA for pick up, so after the first week I called, and gave me and ETA of two weeks, two weeks went by and I called multiple times with no answer, I started showing up because they wouldn’t answer my calls, and every time I showed up they kept saying two weeks.

Finally after two months and 1/2 I received a call that the motor was done, but the job was incomplete receiving the motor in pieces with only the work done on the crankshaft with the pistons assembled, and the harmonic balancer bolt missing, the motor head way only shaved and never assembled at all whatsoever.

Engine block had a broken screw still in that I took out my self after what it looks like they tried to get it out and damaged the surface of the that area with a drill bit.
I have no special tools like they do in order to do this and I was able to successfully take the screw broken screw out.

I believe that for the $3,100 I paid, at the least I gotten a complete engine parts wise, and assembled the same exact way I dropped it off.

On Saturday 8/10 I went by just to ask for the missing harmonic balancer bolt and the office was closed, but there was one of the employees working on a rece car that could of been of help, and instead went inside to hide, I called and called at the door and the person never came out.

For my eyes, experience and a business owner this shop is very unprofessional and irresponsible.

Pick up your slack people!

This is an emotional response sent in response to the fact that you did not get confirmation from us first before quoting your own customer a price and a time line that you did not know could be kept.  Because you dropped the ball on your customer does not bear any responsibility on our end.  We are a very busy shop that keeps our own organization and schedule in our machine shop.  You were made aware that our services were on a first come first served basis, and if that time line didn't serve your needs, you should have simply picked another machine shop.  We accept no responsibilty for the false claims you've made about our service and hope you find another shop that can meet your needs in the future.  The way we run our shop is our business and it works for us with our high volume of work load.
