Honesty is valued
I took my car in due to a problem with the a/c/heat fan on high speed. The labor involved due to having to remove the dash to access the fan was five hours. The staff noted essentially that the repair was not necessary if I didn’t feel the need to have the fan on high. Given the expense involved with the repair, I decided to deal with it since it was not a big problem under normal circumstances. Staff could have indicated that the problem absolutely should be fixed but they didn’t. They discussed with me what my options were and we settled on a “wait and see” approach. I really value that type of honesty from an auto repair shop and that’s why I have been a loyal to this shop for over 35 years and will continue to be a customer there.
