Jermaine said he purchased a new battery and they did not transfer his inspection sticker. He now has to drive so many miles to clear the codes and he doesn't like driving without the sticker. He is going to have to take it somewhere else to get it inspected.

Oil change
Was able to schedule an oil change the day after I called. I had some oil drips on the floor of my garage. Had them check for any leaks. No leaks found. They did find oil on a cross member that had not been cleaned from the last oil change. Hoping that was it. Will continue to monitor. Was in and out in under 45 minutes. Price was less than expected.

Loyal DC Auto Customer from Way Back
Apprehensive at first Wondering if the quality standard of good service Good People would be there? Glad to say it still Is!! Went out to start the Car, it would not start. Called AAA. Said there was a problem with the battery connection. Called Martins they fit me in that afternoon. Fixed the connection. Tested the Battery which was Bad. Replace it under warranty. Even got new wipers which needed replacing. Got me back on the road the same Day. Do I miss the former owner? Yes, I do. It is comforting to know that the high stand of Care still remains with Martins.

I’ve been going to this shop for over 40 years. I’ve trusted the previous owner with keeping me on the road as an outside salesman. Now that there are new owners, you don’t know if the quality of service will be the same as I was accustomed to. I can now say that the previous owner made a great choice in the new owners. Service and quality car care is of the utmost importance to them. I will continue going to have my car worked on by this shop.

Auto inspection, lube, oil and filter change.
100% satisfied with work performed. Additionally, the service was started on time and finished promptly and on time. Definitely recommend Martin’s quality of work performed. Personally, I will continue to have the Martins staff take care of all of my vehicles.
