First off I would like to say their mechanic is very good. However the owner and office staff very unprofessional lie about the pricing you will be charged and very rude. Joe told me it would be one price to fix my transmission issues I paid in full with my card over the phone when I got there they upped the price when I explained that's not what he said because the owner was standing right there he basically stated he did not tell me those things because he didn't want to get in trouble by the owner I understand that but not honor your word is another thing it's bad business. The owner of course defended his employee and said his employee would never cut prices or make deals which Joe did. Then when I asked them to pull the cameras to prove the conversation that his employee did tell me the owner started screaming calling me a liar and told me to get out of his building I had to call the police just to get my vehicle. They're in it for the money not the customer I would not recommend however if you can get the mechanic without going through the company that I would recommend.
