I came to ICP for exhaust repair. Although they repaired the exhaust, customer service was absolutely horrible!!! I have left my car there in a good driving condition; only for the requested exhaust repair. Receiving my car back, speedometer and milage counter did not work, car cabin lights were on, rear wiper did not work and most importantly, car almost did not drive.....meaning when "D" drive shift was on, RPMs went up to 3-4Ks ( this is a car, which runs around 2K RPMs) and the car itself barely moved ahead! Driving for a few miles, the transmission managed to shift possibly 2-3 times and the car "jumped" like a camel, any time when it shifted. I called Chris (the owner), stating my car was not in driving conditions after their service. He told me to come back, saying they would fix it. Car stayed there overnight and the next day, in the afternoon, when I picked it up, it was in the very same condition as the day before. Speedometer was "dead" on "0" while driving, milage and car computer did not work, and transmission din not shift, while having RPMs on 3-4K again!!!
I HAD TO TAKE IT TO THE SPECIALIST right away, and he fixed the car for me. Although these people repaired the exhaust (for about $1190,-) customer service was so horrible, I'd warn anybody to go there.

Went to CIP because the Tire Rack had recommended them to install tires on alloy wheels properly. I cant say that they didn't do that although they did hand the car back with sloppy black bead glue all over the rims. It was the way they treated my wife is disgusting and unprofessional. She had an appointment, arrived on time and proceeded to wait FOUR HOURS (actually 4.25) for them to do this simple task while THEY TOOK OTHER CUSTOMERS while she waited. No she is not aggressive -- SHE IS A SWEET AND HUMBLE FORMER NURSE DISABLED WITH NERVE PAIN THAT SHE WAKES UP CRYING TO EACH AND EVERY DAY--- but she did ask multiple times why they hadn't done the work yet as she sat in that tiny shop all morning and into the afternoon. THERE IS NO EXCUSE -- IF THEY CANNOT SERVE CUSTOMERS TO WHOM THEY HAVE PROVIDED APPOINTMENTS THEN THEIR MANAGER SHOULD BE A MAN AND SEND THEM ELSEWHERE.
