Sales team led by Blake was first rate, responsive and accommodating. A positive experience! However, things changed when I met with the man in Finance. Despite having an excellent credit rating I found out, only by asking, that I was paying almost 3 times the advertised finance rate. I was ;told that I could not get the advertised finance rate and the discounted price I negotiated with the sales team. This is the second time I had this experience at Curry. So be careful. At closing, they just tell you the monthly payment not the finance rate. Always ask for the rate before you sign the papers. I was upset and almost walked out of the dealership but out of respect for the hard work the sales team put into this deal, I proceeded. We need laws governing sales that require transparency and disclosure up front OF ALL ASPECTS related to the agreed final price and payment. Buying a car should not be a mystery. Dealers should be legally accountable for the veracity of all info they use and share with a prospective customer to win the sale. I am finished with Curry!
