Excellent service always
I have been going to Fred’s Auto Repair for several years and each and every time they have addressed any concerns I had, explained clearly what needed to be done and returned my car in excellent working condition. Bill is great to deal with as his entire staff. Highly recommend them.

Vehicle inspection was done and I had headlights installed.
As usual, my vehicle was inspected and my new LED headlights were installed flawlessly, I also had a few other things checked and was in and out in about an hour. They are a Great bunch of guys and am always happy with my visit.

Unhappy with front rotors and pads replacement
After front brake pads and rotors were replaced, I hear a whistle sound which occurs intermittently upon braking. Brought car back & all wheels were lubed with no issue identified. However, whistling still occurs intermittently at least once a day. Needless to say, I am disappointed given I have always been very satisfied with Fred’s service.

Good honest mechanic

Truck looks brand new
Fred's did a complete detail on a 2019 truck that I recently purchased. WOW!!! was my reaction when it was done. The detail job was perfect and the truck now looks like it just came out of the showroom. They also did a complete mechanical check up and replaced the necessary components. Fantastic service.

Excellent service as usual
Fred always provides fast and friendly service. I booked an inspection online at the Scrub Oak location, and it ended up being booked at Briar Cliff Manor location. I learned this when I arrived at the Scrub Oak location. It was probably my mistake, and I offered to drive to Briar Cliff, but they said it wasn't a problem and did the inspection there at Shrub Oak.
