Repairs and Maintenance on my 2003 Buick La Sabre
I had a coupon for $50 off a Fall Readiness Service and was able to make an appointment for the next day. They did a complete inspection of my car and I was called and given a list of items that should be done immediately and a list of what I can expect would be needed in the future. My car was done when promised. I did not have ride to get it, and they offered to come get me. Instead of the $50 off, they gave me 10% off the whole order, which saved me more money. My final bill was exactly what was quoted.
Bill and Cari were very helpful and friendly. Bill took the time to discuss work I need done on my other vehicle, and Cari came to get me.
I tried Crown Point Auto Repair because they are a locally owned business and was extremely satisfied.

Terry said this was the worst experience he's had. He paid him $1200 to analyze it, he did a terrible job and had to do it again because it was not the problem he thought. He should have known from the beginning what the issue was. He should have told him that it was the codes and he would have been fine with his explanation, but he didn't.

Coolant Flush needed - Allowed me to bring in my own fluids to service my vehicle
They will have my repeat business because this is the only place that allowed me to bring in my own coolant flush designed for my car. Most service shops will use a universal coolant, but i like to use what's specified for my vehicle. So, I really appreciated the fact that I could bring mine in. I thought I'd get back my car a bit sooner than the end of the day since I dropped it off in the morning. But, I was no rush so that was fine for me. I will certainly recommend people to bring their vehicle here for maintenance purposes. Also, it was a fair price too. Lastly, they have a new feature where you can access your service history online for whenever you want to see what was serviced at this shop. This place is making great strides to do as much as for their customer as they can do so. Try them out.
