Excellent experience with Genesis Salesman Myles Langley
I would wholeheartedly suggest anyone interested in purchasing a Genesis to see Salesman Myles Langley. This young man was very professional and courteous. He knows his product inside and out. He explained every feature of the vehicle and quickly answered any questions we had.

Oil change and tire alignment.
Took my wife's car in for a oil change today. They told me it needed a tire alignment also. 4 and a 1/2 hours later they called to tell My wife that it. is done. This is unacceptable. I can understand around 2 hours, but this is totally unacceptable.

Horrific Service Dept
For the attn of the Service Manager/Director. This makes the FOURTH car we've bought from them, and we won't be back for another. When we bought this from Justin (who we had no problem with), we had no problems and as usual we bought a $969 extended warranty. We recently tried to get repair work done on the dent warranty and got the total run around. After leaving messages for 2 days my husband (who was in the business himself for over 25+ years) he finally went up there and was given the name and phone number of the company. Today we called the owner of the company who explained that he was very sorry but the dealership has to call, make a claim, at which point they make an appt to have the work done. This service department is ridiculous, from simple oil changes to tire rotations, they are unable to perform the simplest of work. Don't sell something you haven't trained your staff how to do a simple claim on, now we have to wait 3 months to have the a/C fixed on our veloster N. Ridiculous

Got a call from Crown Hyundai offering me a $29.95 oil change on my 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe and confirmed a date. When I arrived they said it would cost $89.95. Sounds like bait and switch

Disappointing Service Department
Words are not enough to express how disappointed & dissatisfied I am with the staff at this dealership. This is the first dealership that has ever provided me with the most unsatisfactory service. I have just moved to the St. Pete area a few months ago and never had any car issues as my car is only 2 years old. I had my car towed to the nearest dealership (Crown Hyundai) as it wasn’t starting up after attempting to jump it. We figured either something is wrong with the alternator or I needed a new battery. It was a Sunday when it was towed there and we had left avoicemail explaining the situation and hoped for a call back the following day when the service department was open & available. No one would answer our calls for the next few days. At this point we are frustrated because no one was even trying to help and at-least give us an update on my vehicle. I also needed a loaner vehicle which is covered under my warranty and none was never provided to me so that I would be able to go to work. When they finally answer they say they did not have any loaner vehicles to give and that they would need to run diagnostic on my car first to evaluate how long they would need to fix it so that they could then order me a vehicle to have for the time being. Took them 3 days to finally diagnose my car. Therefore, I needed to spend my own money on Ubers to and from work they could have provided me with the loaner that’s covered under my policy from the beginning. Turned out all my car needed was a new battery which would’ve taken them less than 45 minutes to replace the day after it was towed there. But WAIT… It Gets Better….
I arrive to pick up my vehicle on Thursday, open the door to my car and my new custom leather seat covers are gone!! I spoke with the service manager, Greg, in hopes that he would talk to his employees at the shop to find out who stole them and all he did was sit in his chair and stated “I don’t know what to say. I’m sorry. These are just the times that we live in now and they are just going to get worse.”
Now, I am just completely and utterly perplexed by the level of inadequacy and incompetence at this dealership.
Basically, “times are so tough right now” that even management will cover for the delinquent employees they hired so that they won’t lose one & have to try to hire another.
So, if you’re thinking of going to this dealership for service on your vehicle… I would think again, but if you do… expect awful customer service, poor time management, incapable management and stolen valuables.

Unexpected Surprise
Visiting multiple dealerships for several weeks, I was pleasantly surprised on many counts when I entered Hyundai Crown. Safari McElroy assisted me with 2 great options from the beginning. He was courteous, very responsive and took the stress out of the whole purchase experience. I really love my Mercedes CLA and will enjoy it for many years!
