Wheel Alignment
This is the 3rd car that I had Creekwood do a wheel alignment on in the past 2 months. If they didn't do an excellent job they wouldn't have got my repeat business. A friend recommended them to me and I can honestly recommend them to everyone. Call them for an appointment for first class service.

Warranty issue
Had a warranty issue with my air conditioner compressor. They took care of it in a timely manner at no charge. Very professional and courteous staff. Choose this facility for all your automotive needs. I certainly will in the future.

Great service, reasonably priced!
I just moved in to TN, from another State, stopped in at he shop to have my tires rotated. I was taken in promptly and had the tires rotated on my car, and the price was reasonable too. Can’t ask for more!

Extremely Honest
My SUV was having an overheating issue. I assumed it was the thermostat. Creekwood found it was only low on coolant. They pressure tested the system to confirm it wasn’t leaking. Easily could have charged me for a thermostat.

Knowledgeable personnel
All of the employees that I have dealt with have been friendly and knowledgeable. They have been flexible with when I bring my car in and when I can get it back. Their billing rates are reasonable, I.e., comparable to similar shops that may not have similar, quality staff.

Quick & precise work performed!
Brought in my daughters Jetta on short notice with no breaks, and a steering problem. They had her back on the road in less than 3 days even with OE parts needing to be ordered. Throw this in with highly competitive pricing & 5 Stars seems to sell them short! Thanks guys!

Excellent Service
I took 2 cars at the same time to Creekwood Tire and Auto Repair Center to have wheel alignments done. They completed an alignment to one car and it drives like new again. The second car they diagnosed with worn front struts and couldn't do the alignment. I was only charged for one car (low $) and not charged for a diagnosis or the second, A very excellent service center with friendly personnel. I'll be back.
