We had purchased our first vehicle from Crain and within a few months we were having problems. Talked to many many people and it was in the shop many many times but they couldn’t find the problem. So after explaining our dilemma the sales staff went to work on our behalf. We came in not expecting anything but God and the Sales staff blessed our hearts!!!!!!! We haven’t had any problems with it yet.
