I came to Crain to by purchase 2 vehicles 1 a palisade and about to work on a Sonata for receive palisade and could not change Radio station I went to Crain and talk to salesman, he stated it needs system update, salesmen took me took the lady that is in charge of service center, I left car
came back and she stated the head for radio needs to be replace, she stated the general Manager
stated they will pay half to fix it, I ask to speak to him, she stated to me she agree with me, I would not pay half, you have not added 1000 miles, I keep the car parked, I told him I will not buy the second car if this is not fixed, he stated you had 2 months, it should been fix before it was sold to me. I had to go back to dealership to try to retrieve the paper work to pay taxes to DMV. the Radio never got fix. they never fix it. I will not buy a another car from Crain.
