I came to Crain to by purchase 2 vehicles 1 a palisade and about to work on a Sonata for receive palisade and could not change Radio station I went to Crain and talk to salesman, he stated it needs system update, salesmen took me took the lady that is in charge of service center, I left car
came back and she stated the head for radio needs to be replace, she stated the general Manager
stated they will pay half to fix it, I ask to speak to him, she stated to me she agree with me, I would not pay half, you have not added 1000 miles, I keep the car parked, I told him I will not buy the second car if this is not fixed, he stated you had 2 months, it should been fix before it was sold to me. I had to go back to dealership to try to retrieve the paper work to pay taxes to DMV. the Radio never got fix. they never fix it. I will not buy a another car from Crain.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
The car I baught has been in the shop 3 different times for different reasons. Plus they tell you it’s gonna be $160 for them to look at it. The service manager Sharon and whoever Kayla is was horrible to deal with. They will not take care of you. The worst place I’ve ever baught a vehicle. Take your money somewhere else, you’ll definitely won’t have the head ache I have to deal with dealing with them. I will personally pay my friends not to go to them.

Poor communication
I left my car on Monday October 23rd. I was told they would have to get an approval to run an oil consumption test and that could take between 24 to 48 hours. It's been over a week. I can't get anyone to give me a straight answer or even return my calls.

Amazing customer service
I’m truly happy with the way they treat customer which is truly amazing to me despite the fact that I had some sort of bad experience prior they were able to address it properly and I’m really looking forward to come back to get my service at the best place in town .

Extreme long wait
I like this place but the wait time is getting crazier. I had to wait for almost 3 or 4 hours which I don’t know why just for an oil change and filter changes.

This Hyundai dealership is good overall
It can be hard to get ahold of someone to schedule service sometimes. Just be patient and they will call back eventually. Watch out for them over inflating your tires. I was Lucy enough to buy new Hyundai from Crain before they started marking up their cars. Now they mark up their cars at least $5k. That means some of the cheaper cars they sale are marked up 25%. I really don’t understand how they justify these prices. I will be buying my next car from another dealership because of this.

Car Dealers!
I was looking for a new vehicle and wound up here. Had heard great things about Hyundai and wanted to drive one. I wound up at Crain Hyundai in Little Rock, a very nice salesman helped with my decision and I have not been sorry. The management is great! If I have had an issue they have solved it! I do highly recommend them and I do love my Hyundai!
