This is one of the worst dealerships I have been to and the service manager is a money-hungry scumbag. Every time I go they seem to have trouble listening to what I would like to get done with my car and they love uncharging me for their services. I was once told it would be $80 to replace the battery in my key fob (paid it and the battery died again in 3 months) and went to another dealership and was told it was $4 to have it replaced. Another example is when I had an issue under my car and was told I would need to replace a several hundred dollar part and I went to the back and asked the man who was actually doing the service on my car and he said that it would be unnecessary to replace the whole thing and my car would be fine as is. Another example was the time my radio was having issues and they wanted to charge me $2000 to replace the entire radio when a fuse replacement I did by hand did the job just fine. The service manager I had (the large man with a bald head) is a real piece of work. Do not take your vehicle here, take it literally anywhere else.
