I sent my lady to the shop to get a tire patch and because of reasons she couldn't articulate, it couldn't be done. So she opted for a plug instead and was charged $25. A ridiculous amount when every place we've been to prior are $5 and even free. I expected better from my local shop who I trust with all of my cars' needs, including the installation of the same tires that they charged full price to plug. I told my lady to ask for Bobby, and he wasn't in, so she took a gamble and lost. Idk who the "other guy" is but I think we can all agree... It shouldn't matter who you talk to at the shop but when you're a lady you'll get price gauged every time. I'm expecting an apology and if not I hope the extra $20 goes a long way for you, because you will not see another dollar from us.
The guys are really nice and they are knowledgeable. They showed me what they found and showed me the new, so i knew that they actually were great mechanics. I would recommend them to anyone and i also will continue to have them serice my truck. They always are able to get me in when i am already off from work so thats very helpful too. Thanks guys.😁

Very honest up front staff. Again is always due very well on the work. This shop runs like a wild oiled machine and always give you the best prices available for what you need done.

Had an oil change and found out I needed to have the tires rotated. I can always rely on Reis Auto to do a good diagnostic and check-up. I know I need brakes and I will have that done on Tuesday
