I’m so embarrassed that I chose these people to fix my vehicle. I bought the vehicle from Conicelli, so I thought- let me take it to their body shop. I am so ashamed that they couldn’t “double Dutch” with USAA. When Eileen returned my call I knew it would’ve been her about to discard herself of any responsibility, because she began the conversation by apologizing for returning my call so late in advance. When somebody start a conversation that way, you know it’s a person who is not responsible for anything.
I spoke with Eileen about the delay of getting my car’s body fixed. A consistently Irresponsible person will of course tell you it’s not their fault, she took no responsibility for the length of time, she blamed USAA. USAA said it was Conicelli body shop’s.
As a result of their tardiness, I had to pay for 3 extra days of extra car rental. I told Eileen, because they did not get my car done in an appropriately timely manner I will not be doing business with her body shop anymore, that I just can’t risk coming out of pocket on top of the deductible. My car, right now, is at Center Square motors, that is a job for over $3000- Conocelli could’ve gotten that job, but Eileen don’t give a hoot about the balls that she’s dropping. Eileen stopped me in my tracks with two things that was so foolhardy, she said: 1. We don’t want to be a USAA preferred body shop.
2. we prefer just dealing with our Conicelli customers.
As a woman, out of respect for other women I did not argue with her. I bought my car, my SUV from Nissan Conicelli, doesn’t that make me a Conicelli customer? Conicelli is not an insurance company, so you have to go through insurance and USAA is a huge company. I just let it go and I took my vehicle somewhere else for the second repair. I will not be returning there, not even for my skateboard, they might keep my skateboard for 3 weeks lol, to hell with that!
