Great Service
Autotech was so helpful and upfront throughout the entire process of getting our leased car worked on. From communication to working with our insurance company and obtaining a rental we knew what was happening with our car every step of the way. The reps at the shop were very knowledgeable and provided us with all the information we needed. This whole process was very new to my husband and I and they explained everything in a way that there wasn’t any confusion. Great service and work on our car.

Dean and his sons have been incredibly patient in explaining and working with me and my insurance every step of the way. They are transparent and take photographs of their work throughout the repairs. I was very impressed with their level of organization and detail just by how they handle both their digital and physical work. All paperwork and photographs are made available via shared Google Drive folders and every piece is carefully labelled and stored during the repair process. Highly recommended auto body shop for their thoroughness and professionalism or if you are looking for peace of mind in knowing your repairs will be taken care of with attention to detail. Terrific work and will definitely be back for any auto body work needed in future!

Excellent service, the quality of work is superb!
Dean and his staff are courteous, thorough and professional. Really could not have had a better experience. The quality of the repair is outstanding. This is my second trip to Autotech and both experiences were top notch. As much as I liked the experience, hopefully I won't have to visit any time soon....lol

Staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our car looked like it just came off the showroom floor after damage was repaired. Hopefully no more accidents, but we'll know where to go for repairs.

This body shop basically knows their stuff , they get the proper training and certifications to work on your vehicle to above oem spec in my opinion. Also they are very meticulous with their work my vehicle is in safe hands .

Excellent workmanship and Customer Service
If I ever have another collision, I will bring my vehicle to AutoTech. They repaired my new Subaru Ascent back to its pre-collision condition both mechanically and aesthetically. I’m back in my vehicle confident in the fact that my vehicle is as safe as it was before the collision.

My experience with Autotech Collision Service
Dean and his son were in frequent contact with me regarding the resolution of my appeal process with NJM Insurance. They provided me with the information and guidance needed for a satisfactory resolution. From the beginning they explained what was needed in detail to repair my car and gave me options. My car looks great, and I would recommend Autotech to my friends.

Great service
They were great, very nice. They answered all of my questions and kept me up to date on what was going on. They handled everything with the insurance company and copied me with all of the communication they had with the insurance company. They did a great job with fixing the dent in my door and even cleaning my car. I am very happy with them.
