I received an email for 20% off any service. The email quoted, among other things, rear brake work regular price and rear brake work with 20% off. The reduced price was $205. I scheduled an appointment, showed the tech rep the coupon, and went home. shortly after arriving home I received a call from the rep stating my rear brakes were drums (I knew that) and the price would be $400, not $205. The rep then said the price might be $100 less with after market parts. I said I'd be willing to do it for $300. She came back and said it would still be $400. She was probably telling the truth but it seemed like a bait and switch. I got a ride back to the dealer and picked up my car without having any work done.
Ken and his team did a great job. They were honest with timelines for a big job on my car and went above and beyond when fixing the many things that needed attention in my old (but loved), high mileage Subaru. Will definitely be back and will recommend to friends and family.
