HIGH QUALITY WORK
High quality work. You get what you pay for and Sunwise did not disappoint. Only issue was that the refinishing shop were unable to re finish my wheel properly and now I have to wait for my wheel to be done. Other than that Maurice Perry was very informative throughout the entire process

Overall experience given the issues with parts availability and experience with new equipment electrical equipment
Concord Collision Center was good given the limitations with Subaru parts availability and expertise with new electric vehicles…NOT GOOD.

The quality of the work and coordination with Subaru is very professional and impressive. The staff was easybtowork with.
I appreciated that my concern about sensors and possible other complications was resolved with BMW Collision actually having Subaru inspect their repairs and assuaged my concerns.

My Subaru Forester is beautiful and back on the Road!
My advisor was Maurice Perry. He did an excellent job in communicating with me and with the insurance company. The insurance company wanted me to take it to one of the collision centers on their listing using non Subaru parts as it would have been much less expensive. The painting detail would have not been the same quality as they didn't want me to extend the paint into door jams . . . Maurice sent in supplementals to justify the expenses as well as speaking with the insurance representatives by phone. It was expensive but the quality was superior and it was restored to like new condition. I had to pay an additional $500 on top of my deductible. Maurice is responsible for getting the insurance payments to cover the majority of the claim. He is terrific and an asset to the team. I've never had body work done before since I've never crashed the car before and thought it would be a couple thousand dollars in repairs. Boy was I wrong. Also the insurance company told me that California has the highest repair costs of any other state. That's probably true, the laborers earn a better salary for their expertise and work than in other states. I'm very satisfied with their work. Another example of their customer service is with Rich, another service advisor. I failed to bring the wheel lock with me and Rich drove me home during his lunch hour so I didn't have to immediately rent a car and drive this part back to the Body Shop. Last but not least is Anne Starkey. She is the first person greeting customers by phone and at the front desk. She is knowledgeable in her position and very customer service oriented. The BMW Concord Collision Center has a great team in place. Thank you to everyone there who made this difficult experience much easier. Cynthia H.

It looks better than before any damage was done
Did a fantastic job on reversing damage from a car accident. You wouldn’t even know there was an accident.
