Oil change and AC diagnostic
Available, efficient, communicative, and transparent. I was able to get in within 48 hours. Jared called at each point in the diagnosis with an assessment, the work done, and suggested next steps, which helped me follow along and made me feel in control of the process. The AC issue couldn’t be tested thoroughly because it wasn’t hot enough: they did everything that was called for and nothing that couldn’t be justified by testing. I really appreciate the capability of the technicians, the professionalism of the service writers, and the ethos of honesty and customer service that I’ve almost come to take for granted from this shop in 4 years going there.

Spark plugs replaced
Fantastic, I would highly recommend them to everyone. Very pleasant, give me a approximate time it would be done and they were right on. The cost was less than I was originally quoted a few weeks back. How often does that happen?
