Rapid repair
Staff that scheduled my repair made recommendations for an early morning appointment since I had to stay at the dealership. My repair was done very quickly. I appreciated the care.

Repair and Covid
The repair was done quickly. I had to stay at the dealership during the service. I am 70 and did not feel safe in the waiting area because another customer was not wearing a mask even though masks are required as posted. I waited outdoors or in the hallway.
I was happy to get in and out so quickly.

Our customers safety is very important and I apologize our staff was not aware and/or did not confront the customer, had I known I would have rectified the issue. On the positive side, it sounds as if your vehicle was in and out in a very timely manner.
