Rapid repair
Staff that scheduled my repair made recommendations for an early morning appointment since I had to stay at the dealership. My repair was done very quickly. I appreciated the care.

Repair and Covid
The repair was done quickly. I had to stay at the dealership during the service. I am 70 and did not feel safe in the waiting area because another customer was not wearing a mask even though masks are required as posted. I waited outdoors or in the hallway.
I was happy to get in and out so quickly.

My Sonata Care Team
I bought my Sonata from Columbia Hyundai in 2012. This sport model is a 2.0 Turbo Limited. The service I have received at the fore mentioned dealership has been top notch, courteous and efficient. I love my Sonata, which though almost ten years old, looks new! I depend on the Columbia Hyundai team to keep it in excellent shape! They do.

NOT WORTH IT!!
Took 2hrs for a scheduled oil change. An 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me even though I was the only one in line and also signed me in. In that two hours of being at this place of business I was never once updated on my car until I went to the service desk stood there waiting and asked how long it would be.

Said it would only take 2 hours to service my car. Dropped it off and they said it would take all day. Because I did not reserve a car they did not have one for me. Was not happy because my husband works one shift and I work another.

I have had nothing but excellent service at Columbia Ford/Hyundai. Pre and post explanations are given; choices as to product replacement are given before maintenance is begun following diagnostic testing. My car is clean when returned.

Shoddy work
It took two and one half hours to "service" my one year old Kona. When I got home it recorded the external temperature as 107 degrees (in February) and the check engine light was on. I took it back. They ordered the part and it took one and one half weeks to get that in. It didn't cost me anything but inconvenience but, to me. time is worth more than money.
