Bad coil replacement
I have used Columbia Car Care several times in the past couple years. Their work has always been excellent and their customer service is great! I brought my car in to get coils replaced and get a tune up within the last year. On Friday I had one of the coils that were replaced go out. They replaced it at no cost to me. I appreciate that they stand by their work! Thank you Columbia Car Care!

Repeat customer because of great service and value
Had car overheat on highway towed to CCC. Received a call within the hour a new water pump was needed. Installed the next business day.

Heating and air
Took it in because my heating and air wasn't working on one side. They said they changed the actuator and it didn't work. They said they changed the module and it didn't work so told me to take it to Ford. Ford replaced the actuator and it fixed it. Someone please explain

Hassle free
Took it in to have my heating/air conditioner problem looked at. They tried two things and couldn't solve it so told me to take it to Ford. Didn't charge me for that. They noticed my brakes were needing cleaned up (which was absolutely true) so they did that and I asked them to go ahead and do an oil change. Easy peasy.
