I have a bronze color Tucson with a chip and called to purchase touch up paint and expected it to be the exact same color unbeknown to me after using and speaking to the “part manager” touch up paint can’t be applied in the cold and there’s no guarantee the color will match, this should have been mentioned initially then told me to get it professionally done and hung up on me! The chip looks like patchwork, more noticeable and I’m pissed. The manager just kept fishing for an excuse yet when I picked up the product none of these possibilities were discussed until I called today after using the mix matched color!
