Went there for what should have been warranty work. Was told sensor damage was caused by impact. No visible damage identified. Ask for code that supported that, they would not provide. Ask for estimate to repair, called for 4 days, always told we will call you tomorrow. Asked for service manager, service specialists calls and says, again he will call tomorrow. The warranty is a joke if this is the customer service they provide. At least provide the code that supports what they say. Went to collision shop recommended by insurance company. His response when I showed him the area dealer said there was impact was, "where is the damage?" Stay away

very overpriced! I leased a car
They really grab you for all your money. I just leased ioniq 5 2023. They insisted I could only get 5000 rebate instead of 7500 that is advertised everywhere including consumer reports. I checked with a different dealer nearby and they also said it's 7500 rebate on new lease for 2023 ioniq 5. Do not believe what they say. First they tell me it will take months for the color I want for the car and once I say to return my 1k deposit then suddenly they found the car in the color I asked. CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION! You will get taken in one way or another. Do not believe what they say. I wish I had read these reviews before I went there.

First oil change on 2023 Tucson
Came in for first complimentary oil change on 2/24/2023 had to come back 2/28/2023 because oil leaking from bottom of car. Was told the o ring seal on oil filter wasn't seated properly well they cleaned up all the leaking oil and put new filter on. Was told by chief technician they've been having problems with this issue. Well lo and behold, it's leaking oil again same area. Checked the dipstick oil level is above the full mark by a good quarter inch. Have to take back a 3rd time for 1 oil change that wasn't done properly the first time. This is extremely inconvenient! They were more concerned about trying to sell me wheel balancing and a cabin air filter than doing the oil change properly. Had this same issue when I brought my 2012 Sonata in for oil changes. Would have to come back because oil leaking. This is a brand new car in it's first oil change 7,500 miles full synthetic. Having to go back a third time is not a good look on the service department. The only reason I came to cocoa Hyundai was because I get free maintenance the first 3 years or 36,000 miles. The issue needs be resolved immediately. I rely on my car for my job. Now I'm going to miss 2 days of work because the earliest available appointment is Wednesday 3/15/2023 it's 3/11/2023 today. I'm extremely frustrated. Almost ready to trade the car for a different brand, however I've had nothing but good experience with the car itself. Wasn't until I brought it in for it's first oil change that oil began leaking. I bought a Hyundai because of the free maintenance and warranty and overall reviews of the Tucson. Like I said the car is great, just the service technicians are either poorly trained or in a rush or something because this is a continuing issue.

Shame on you
I am so disappointed with the customer service I recieved after all the mistakes that were made from paint and body, all the way to finance. Let me begin with I purchased a brand new car in August 22 which before I purchased noticed a scratch from transport strap. They assured me they could fix with no issues. I believed them. I took my car in a couple weeks later as scheduled and dropped it off. I got the call a few days later my car was ready. Upon I arrival I found damage to other areas of car. The trim and above all paint on dash and drivers door. Which wasn't even on the same side as original scratch. I was devastated. I worked for long time to be able to purchase this brand new car that now looks like used car. I was told they saw the damage and would order part and fix. A few weeks passed and I was told to bring my car back in again to fix. I was worried but trusted them. Week later I was called to come back, as I was walking to car I could still visibly see the paint on dash. The gentleman apologized that he had not noticed it. In tears I stood devastated over my new car and the lack of care taken to it. I was approached by another gentleman who assured me he would make it right. He worked on trying to get me into a different car exactly the same but was unable to locate one. So we went with another. I had to do new finance which I was told like a trade in. I was not given my credit of 4500 down I originally gave for previous car. They said it's mixed in the numbers. At any rate I just wanted a brand new car that looked as such. I don't feel it was fair but I did it believing they said it was only way. Well, a month later when my payment was due I was shocked again to find out they had forgotten to file paperwork with bank. So the calls started. Finally the loan was there and I made a payment. But they never paid off my trade. I recieved letters and calls from bank that I was delinquent. I called and called they reassured me they would process payment. Yet again they messed up, they paid off wrong car. So I had to start calling again. Finally after many calls they paid trade in off. I tried for months to pay car payment on my new car but unable to because of yet another mistake by the dealership. The bank closed the loan. Here we are today 5 months later and I find out from bank that dealership got their money returned and I am facing repossession because there was not a payment made. Which I was unable to make because they paid off wrong account.I have multiple penalties and late fees and negative remarks on my credit profile from yet again another of their mistakes. This truly is horrible that this is happening to me. The dealership should be responsible for the penalties and late fees. For all the stress and heartache this has cost me the dealership should take ownership in their mistakes. They should make this right. This is no way to treat a customer. Shame on you cocoa hyundai.

I have had a few encounters with this dealership both in sales and service. I have been very favorably impressed with the exceptional service I received from all the employees I encountered. I was so impressed I have bought 2 Sonatas, a 2020 and a 2023 from them. In my opinion one cannot go wrong with Cocoa Hyundai.

Awful Experience
My 19 year old daughter saw an ad for a Kona for $26,000. She went to Cocoa Hyundai, put down a thousand dollar down payment a week ago. She was never told the price was actually over $5000 more
than the ad stated. She purchased the car last night. Since it was the first car that she ever purchased, she signed papers as the salesman barely explained what she was signing. No one actually ever told her the
price of the car included two market adjustments adding up to $5395.00, making the total $32,544. Since the car was all ready for her to purchase, the
window sticker had been removed and shoved between the seats. Something that I am told is illegal. Apparently the salesman even lied about her income on the loan application. She went back to the dealer this morning to see if they would do anything for customer service and of course, they told her too bad, you signed. What should of been an exciting day for
her has turned into stress and tears. Congratulations Cocoa Hyundai, with this supposed car shortage, you found it necessary to rip off a 19 year old purchasing her first car.

Malfunctioning Back up camera
Was a new Hyundai fan after 40 years of Toyota loyalty.
Four visits and two replacement cameras and it still does not work!!!!!!!!!
No reply from customer service.
Went to BBB/ Lemon Law and Hyundai said they could not duplicate the failure they are done??????????’
Lost all electric power while rolling in a parking lot and had to call tow.
Now loosing confidence in car!!!
