Just got my new to me Rav 4. My Rav had a recall that I was aware of when I bought it. I made an appointment today to get the recall fixed.
Appointment time was 10 am . The girl that was my representative said it'll be done at 1230 or 1 pm at latest. Ok cool I'll have someone come get me and we'll have food and walk around local mall .
Get back to the service area at 1245. Girl says to me no sorry we are going on lunch and it won't be done until 330.
What?????
Ok I could have opted to take a shuttle home and came back at 4 to pick it up.
Instead I had to hang around and keep waiting.
In the waiting area was a desk with 2 guys working. I tried asking them questions about my service. Nope that's different department.
Tried asking about warranty stuff. Nope that's different department. Literally the entire service center has different departments that don't tlk to each other.
My complaint I realize is minimal. More annoying than anything.
