I've been in the automotive field for 20 years. I believe in honest work. I enjoy what I do and fix what needs to be fixed. If you don't need it, I won't sell it. If you need Oil changes, AC service, Alignments, Battery Replacements...A Full Service Auto Repair Shop(Domestic & Import). I'll also install Lift kits. (lift kit provided by I've been in the automotive field for 20 years. I believe in honest work. I enjoy what I do and fix what needs to be fixed. If you don't need it, I won't sell it. Very disappointing.
Really disappointed. I had been going to this garage for years. The shop is now struggling. They have lost many of their long term employees. I needed an oil change and shift cable replaced on my Jeep. The technician working on my vehicle broke the 4 wheel drive shift cable while trying to repair the 2 wheel drive shift cable. They did not try to make it right in the least. My options were leave with the 4 wheel drive not functioning or pay double to have another cable replaced. And, it took a week to do this as a technician quit while my vehicle was there. The individuals at the front desk were horrid. The young man looked oblivious and disinterested. The young woman at the front desk’s idea of customer service was to refer me to the garage where one of the long term employees had gone. Just really disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service.
