Jeep repair
We have been customers at Dinkins for years for our vehicles. For minor services and most recently for a major repair.

When our Jeep began to have very worrying symptoms and we were concerned about safety in driving it we called our friends at Dinkins to diagnose it.
We trust Dinkins for their knowledge, honesty and integrity. I received a call from Joe with the findings and recommendations.
Joe explained it in detail to me and I then had the information we needed to make the decision. I called my son and he agreed with the diagnosis as well as the cost quote.
I then called Joe and asked them to proceed. The work was completed that same day and I received updates from Joe along the way.
It is wonderful in these times to have this level of trust and customer service!

Dinkins Auto Service is Aways Responsive to my Needs
I rely on Dinkins to keep my 2006 Ridgeline in top running order. My Ridgeline turned 20 in June and Dinkins has done everything from oil changes to break jobs to installing new Honda parts (alternator, battery cables), and ordering and installing new tires, all at prices equal to or less than competitors. They even sent a tow truck when my truck died at the Folly and Camp Roads intersection. For a decade and a half they have taken the worry out of keeping my only vehicle in great operating condition.

My car bounces!
I called Dinkins because my car began to bounce at lower speeds. I thought I might need a balance and alignment due to all the rough roads around here. To my surprise I had a tire ready to blow out. Thank you Dinkins for saving me a possible accident but also for your quick, professional, knowledgeable and friendly service! And I can't forget that even though new tires are expensive you made it much more bearable so thank you for that as well. Great job and I will be back!!!

New battery in less than 2 hours
Started car , barely, with very weak battery. Called Dinkins garage and they took me right in. Tested battery and replaced. From initial call to battery replacement, two hours.

Reliable, Honest, and Went the Extra Mile
Big thanks to Dinkins Auto for getting our Volvo C70 back on the road after the timing belt wrecked the engine. They told us what to expect for cost and timing—and actually stuck to it.
