Prius engine swap
My Prius had a cracked head gasket and was not running. I brought it in to Coast and Dimas found a used replacement engine with relatively low miles. He had it installed in three days and the car has been running like a dream ever since.

Kwangsun said he believes that the pre-purchase inspection was thorough. He said he was given pretty good details by the man in front, not sure if he was the owner. He said they also kind of gave him recommendations beyond what he needed to tell him and he appreciated that.

Don said he took in his work vehicle because there was a recall on a part. He was out of state at the time so when he returned, he was told that his vehicle would be ready. He went to pick it up and not anything had been done on it because the part had not come in, so he had to reschedule to do the whole process over again. The second time he goes to pick it up when they told him it would be ready, again nothing was done. The manager finds out they used the part for another vehicle instead of his. He was blown away by the fact they did this when he had already had such a delay getting this done. They told him that they would order another part and said nothing else. A month went by and he heard nothing from them so he finally took his vehicle to another business and they had it done in one afternoon. He will never buy a vehicle from this place or ever take anything there to get work done. It was an awful experience.
