Don’t buy your vehicle from Circle Hyundai
Buyer's beware. I wanted to give zero stars but that’s not an option. Completely shady car dealer. I was told by my car salesman Ryan Del Vecchio that I would be paying $31,539.00. He said that he was going to give me under the MSRP(33,300.00). On my contract they charged me more then sticker. The sticker price was $34,474.00. They charged me $34,935.47. I went back to the dealer to deal with the manager, Brian Downey to discuss the contract that was not correct. I tried to explain to Brian that this is not the deal that I was promised and I would like to try to work this out. Brian told me that there was nothing that they could do about it and that the deal was already done. I bought my car late Saturday afternoon. I went back first thing Monday morning so that they could fix what they lied to me about. From there I called Hyundai finance to see if they could do something about my deal and then I was told that the deal hadn't even gone through yet. They also put GAP insurance in my financing which MLA states is illegal for military veterans. The last thing that bothered me about my deal is the odometer disclosure statement. The statement reads 25 miles. When I purchased the car it had 100 miles on it. Everything about this place is shady. I have never dealt with any car dealership like this before. DO NOT buy from Circle Hyundai. UPDATE 5/13/21*****I JUST WANT TO STATE THAT REACHING OUT TO SOMEONE DOESN'T MEAN THAT THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM!
After writing this review I got a phone call the following day from Joe DeFalco who is a manager at Circle Hyundai. (He was actually the original person who I spoke to when I went into Hyundai and he sent me right to Brian Downey. He said there was nothing he could do and that maybe Brian would be able to help me.) He told me to give him a shout to see how he can help me realistically. From there I told him that I am seeking legal council. He called back on May 6th and said that he spoke with the owners to see what options they had to help me out or they would take back the car. The problem is they have never followed up. I reached out to Joe on 5/10/21 to ask him are we still going to work this out. He said I'd like to talk about it, yes. On 5/11/21 Joe asked me do I want to come by this week. I said yes. Today 5/13/21 I still haven't heard from Joe as to when to come in to solve this matter. Circle Hyundai just replied to this review a few hours ago. The reply is inaccurate since Ryan has only texted my phone once since this whole ordeal. And I'm sure he was told to do so by his managers. I'm 48 years old. Every time I've bought a new car, my salesperson has always contacted me the following week to thank me. This didn't happen from Ryan. I'm on here writing this because I am very unhappy with Circle Hyundai. They have not fixed the deceit on their behalf. In the end when you don't see this review up anymore that means my lawyer was successful in suing Circle Hyundai, which means I had to withdraw my review.
