"La puerta"
I've been getting my services taken care of here for the time I've owned my 2016 Elantra. I had it in for major service this time. Flushing the radiator and transmission. Oil change and rotation as regular service on top of that. I'd gotten a service coupon in my email and presented it during the write up. Up to $40.00 off of services that went up and over $400.00. I left and got a text a very short time later that my vehicle was already done. That it needed new tires, but was otherwise ready for pick-up. I knew that they had a sale on tires. Buy 3 and get the 4th free. There was a big advertising poster on the door about it, so I authorized the work. A little over three hours later I got a text it was ready and went to settle up. The other guy printed my bill out and asked Remi twice "La puerta?" to which Remi was indifferent. So I paid and got out because it had already been a long day. The first I noticed when I got home was that I was charged for four tires. Upon going over the bill it became clear that they had applied a $40.00 discount to my total bill. It's a bit of a slap and I definitely don't appreciate it after years of being a loyal customer.
