When it comes to depending on Chico Hyundai to service our 2016 Sonata we consistently have depended on Remi Robles through the years. This was especially important last month when our engine quit working on the freeway and we had the car towed to this dealership. Remi was there for us at each step along the path to getting our car inspected, finding the problem that the engine froze and needed to be replaced. The day he ordered the engine he also got us a rental until our vehicle was repaired. This is so important since our beloved Sonata is our only transportation.
During the process which took a month, I was able to text or email Remi for updates and he always got back to me. Thank you for having such a knowledgeable service representative that not only gets the job done but has actually become a friend. Earl & Kaye Stotler
