I called him just yesterday morning needing my headlight bulbs changed, but I had already bought the parts as I intended to do it myself; however a sprained wrist changed that plan unfortunately. Chris was awesome, completely understanding about the situation and that is already bought the parts myself (*they were OEM and UNOPENED) and got the car in the very next day and done by end of lunch!
