reliable and reasonable
Chris was quick to get my pickup in and diagnosed that my radiator needed replaced. He had a reasonable quote and was able to work on my pickup which was repaired and ready to go the next day. From other past experiences he is fast, friendly, and reliable. I would highly recommend him.

Great people
They have fixed problems that other mechanics messed up and they try to get you in as soon as possible. There work is really good and they don’t try to rip you off like other mechanics I’ve been to. I would come again if my car needed work done again.

Quick and RELIABLE service!
Second time serviced with them. Had me in and out in less than an hour for oil change, tire rotation and air cabin filter replacement while answering questions for other people too. Wanted brakes too but he let me know they were okay and didn’t need to be changed. It’s rare for mechanics to be honest where work isn’t needed! I’m used to trying to be talked into 5+ different “repairs” I can’t afford when I go in for an oil change. Finding a reliable mechanic is rare!

Honesty and quality work
This was the first time in a long time I was giving an honest quote and it was spot on. I received multiple texts with other issues found during the repair and I was told if it needed to be done or if it could wait.
This repair was not big, but I will return to get the items looked at when the funds are available.

Maintenance
Chris took the time to do a complete check up, oil change, etc. on our new-to-us rig. He was very thorough and let us know what he would suggest we should have done in the future and which item was highest priority. He also let us know which of the items on the list he is able to do,

Excellent customer service
Took my vehicle in for an oil leak and Chris found rear main seal leak. Fixed oil leak and found U-joint was worn out. Fixed everything in a timely manner and I am happy with the excellent work. I highly recommend Cheney Auto Care.
