Still waiting, CAR STILL NOT LOOKED AT!
Had an 8:30a appt to drop off my vehicle to have a check engine light looked at, at 12:46p my warranty company still had'nt gotten a claim for my vehicle. I called at 1:06p, vehicle still not touched and its not 2:20p no phone call to update me nor has a claim been filed. I guess i'm suppose to be okay with the lack of communication, the lack of effort, lack of urgency and just because they're nice it should be good enough?! The shop closes at 5pm so how am I supposed to make any additional plans, get approval for a rental or anything else when the expectation was to get my vehicle back today. For this reason, no I would'nt recommend this place because what has been going on all day? I get around in my vehicle not on a bike and I don't like how this is being handled not one bit! I guess I will get my vehicle back before the winter snowfall, disgusted right now!

Inspection
Took my truck in for a MSI my tire sensor was on and a oil change. Joe was prompt at calling me first thing to tell me what the cost would be in advance. Excellent service and communication. I recommend them strongly. Great shop great folks. I live in White Marsh it was well worth the trip.

Quality Care
