First time customer
Fantastic service and information. Went in for a Unitronics tune. Ended up with more quality information than I expected. Discussed my engine and was told about PCV failures before the code showed on their scanner while I was there. Learned how to better maintain my engine. Wish I lived closer. Worth the 2 hr drive from the eastern shore.

Ray works with you to repair and replace what is needed and identify what also would help in the long term. I am comfortable that RAI is reasonable and professional and treats their customers fairly and honestly. Very glad I found them to repair my foreign cars!
