Highly Recommend
I have been going to Charleston Auto repair for several years & have never been disappointed. My sister & brother-in-law recommended them (can't thank them enough). Ashley is always friendly, welcoming & remembers your conversations. Chris has always diagnosed my issue & provided quick repairs. Just yesterday, my son's vehicle had a flat. Since I live so close to the shop, Chris came to my house with a portable compressor so I could drive up to the shop. Ashley was a sweetie and drove me back home. My son's vehicle was fixed in less than 4 hours (had to order a valve stem or it would have been repaired in 10 minutes). If you want to be treated like family...Charleston Auto Repair is the place to go!!!

The impossible made possible
I can’t say enough about the sheer professionalism we have experienced at Charleston Auto Repair. Our teenage son bought an old truck and they custom built a new engine for it with a 3 year warranty. There were some initial kinks to work out but they honored the warranty completely and worked diligently to get the truck up and running and back to us despite supply chain part delays. We are very grateful for their excellent customer service.
Charleston Auto Repair got me in very quickly even though it was obvious they were quite busy. They kept me informed of what was wrong with my truck, how much it was going to cost, and when the work would be completed. I would definitely recommend their services and have done so already even though this is my first visit there.
Ruth said he went to the business because of transmission problem but when she got to the business, it turned out not to be about the transmission but about the fuel injector and it would cost less, The staff order the needed parts and when the parts came in, they called her and she brought the vehicle to be fixed and when it was done, she went to pick up her vehicle and she said it was working well.
I recently needed repair on 2 vehicles, A friend recommended CAR.
From the first phone call until picking up my vehicle they were professional, kind, very helpful.! I am highly pleased w the work!
