I purchased 2 vehicles from Chapman in December 2021. A Jeep Grand Cherokee, and an Alfa Romeo. I paid $30,000 cash for the Jeep. It was delivered with the passenger window broken. And the Alfa Romeo transmission went out after 268 miles, not to mention the car had significant paint trade, and the sale lady Andrea told me if I wanted it fixed I would have to pay to have the work done. They showed no care or concern for the cars I purchased after delivery! They did nothing to help me. They would not even return my calls. When the general manager finally got involved after 3 months, I was told my best bet was to take the car to Carvana and trade it in. I paid $40,000 for this car, and their best advice was to trade it in at another dealership! The level of customer service and professionalism is non existent. If anyone else has had a similar experience We can work together. I just received contact information for Jerry Chapman, and have reached out to him. To be continued...
