Judy said she was told it would only take a few minutes when she came in. She had waited an hour and a half just to get her oil changed and to get her vehicle inspected. When she went to ask how much longer the service would take, they told her she was rude for asking that question in front of a customer. Another customer had came in behind her. He heard what the man said at the front desk. The customer told her he will not be coming back to this facility because of the way they spoke to her. She would not recommend them.
