Excellent work
Jeff Carwell and his crew are amazing. They really help maintain my 2016 Jeep. Took her in for Inspection and oil change. Had a thumping noise in my rear. It’s gone! Purring like a kitten and just a better ride. Carwell Automotive does great work at a great price!

always does a great job
i have been to carwell automotive for over 7 years with many vehicles. always does a great job and calls me if any thing goes sideways and to let me know when my vehicle is ready. very reasonable too.

Did a great job and saved me money
Needed new brakes and the 90,000 mile service for my Honda Accord. When I went in Jeff let me know that I only needed front brakes, did the 90,000 mile service, and let me know we can wait on the rear brakes. Really appreciate him pointing out that fact. Saved me money and finished the job exactly when he said he would be done and gave me an estimate upfront which was correct. Appreciate have a place like this in Clayton.

Damaged my vehicle on purpose
This shop purposefully damaged the steering system under the guise of diagnostics. I took the car to two other mechanics, who were shocked. They did not admit it.

Excellent Customer Service
I can't say enough nice things about Jeff and his team. The quality of work is very high and you get the personal service you can't find at other shops. I would highly recommend him for any automotive issues in Clayton or this part of Johnston County

My 20 year old car
I am very happy with the work that was done on it. The car is driving smoothly and haven't seen any oil leaks. I did ask that the right rear passenger light be looked at as there was a short or something and that was not done. It is still out. Now I have to shell out more money after paying $1080 to have this looked at.

Ray said he went in to the business for an oil change. When he got the vehicle back, the drivers' side window had been knocked out and replaced with a used one. Also when putting the window in, the business scratched up the side of the side of the vehicle.

In responce Ray it was the passenger window that got broken when a rock hit the window when the landscaper was weed eating and we made every effort to replace the window and the outside of the tahoe only had a little scratch and that may have been there before not sure, We also replaced an inside door trim that was broken and knocked off $175.00 OFF your bill for the running issue as well to try to make it right for you even though it cleary states in our and most everyone elses policy that we are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle while the vehicle is here but we strive to keep our customers HAPPY and do all we can to keep them that way, We are very sorry this happened and it was not intensions for the broken window but we did our best to make it right.
