Horrific Service Department
Trying to schedule an appointment for an oil change - which is roughly a 1/2 hour job - has been problematic since I first patronized Causeway 5+ years ago? They’re short staffed… never have time… but were courteous enough to remind me that I could schedule service at any Hyundai Dealership - which would be fine, if it weren’t an included incentive with my lease from Causeway. Had I known that every attempt to schedule service would be so difficult, I would have shopped elsewhere. Lesson learned.
