Worse experience ever
Stay away from this place for service. They had my car for nine days. Will never return a call to update you because when you call they always give you an answering machine then when i said i didn’t want an answering machine they hung up on me. Everytime i finally got a person after arguing about the answering machine and no return calls they lied and said it would be done tomorrow. this happened three days in a row. they had my car for five days and did not even look at it till i started bitching that i needed my car back because i used it for my business. they told me they had the part so that wasn’t the issue. The last day i was told the car would be done by four so i just showed up the car wasn’t done and i told them i would sit in the waiting room till it was done. very aggravating and so unprofessional They just lied everyday. so if you want your car fixed in a timely fashion or want to talk to someone this is not the place for you. i will never go back there and i wanted to trade my car in there but i will be going somewhere else Someone needs to teach them about customer service

Horrific Service Department
Trying to schedule an appointment for an oil change - which is roughly a 1/2 hour job - has been problematic since I first patronized Causeway 5+ years ago? They’re short staffed… never have time… but were courteous enough to remind me that I could schedule service at any Hyundai Dealership - which would be fine, if it weren’t an included incentive with my lease from Causeway. Had I known that every attempt to schedule service would be so difficult, I would have shopped elsewhere. Lesson learned.
